I received my COPR today in the email
ITA- May 1, 2020
AOR- July 18, 2020
BIL- Sep 9, 2020
BIO- Oct 13, 2020
Called IRCC- Nov 12, 2020 - Criminality passed, Eligibility & Security was pending

Application approved- Dec 15, 2020.
IRCC agent told me that my file was approved in their system since Dec 7 but it was not showing under my account (as per my consultant)
COPR- Jan 26, 2021
Today I received an email from etobicoke along with COPR.

I see VO Ottawa is processing applications where biometrics were given in the beginning of Nov now. I hope to get my Super-Golden-Super-Standard-Email confirmation next week then

This is really a good effort and I think if PM office will receive 100s of such email then definitely they will look into it seriously. Can you please share that did you sent a simple complain letter or you also included your file number and all other detail related to your file

Hi, I did explain that my aor is feb 2020 and done my biometric and medicals in March 2020. As per GCMS notes file has not been touched since June 2020, do understand covid situation and understand the delay. However, this delay will never end if files kept untouched and using covid as an excuse. Requested to do something about Jan 2020 - April 2020 applications as these applicants are suffering a lot whereas on the other hand applications from second half of 2020 for example august are getting approved.
also, I did call IRCC today and agent advised that my file is still at the same place, so no progress at all. Hence, I asked him if there is any way I can raise my concerns and complain. He gave me the following link and I am gonna raise a complaint. Please use this link also and share it with other applicants too.

Ok, you just burst my theory. I guess then IRCC process applocations with no order whatsoever, except for LIFO.

How long it is going to take to get COPR document once it is approved in CIC Portal (not the new portal)? Mine is showing approved as of last evening and haven't received COPR yet.

It depends for each application. Some people recieved it next day or in couple of days. In my case, Im still waiting since January 23rd

I am thinking we should give them a little more time bcz on 19 janaury they announced!!!!! That focusing on CEC only !!! They have backlog but only thing hurting me is !! Try to finsh backlog first they start august sept oct files!!! Its 26 jan today !! In 1 week i had seen many people getting their copr!! So maybe change is coming but will take some time trying to stay positve

And Jul AOR completed biometrics in Sep end. No movement in the application since then.
