Yeah. That's a good question. Mine is same as your status. Criminality in progress, Security Not Started from end of August.

Since july for me. IRCC has all the docs they need to process my application but they dont even wanna touch it.

Same aor as you but I was approved on the 8th. Wait 3 days you should get it copr. I only got mine today

Were you already "All passed" for a long time or were you in the "Criminality in progress" group?

Already passed in November but on portal it shows eligibility date as of today

Yes but on gcms says approved

@legalfalcon is there anything we can do about extremely delayed GCMS notes? I'm approaching the 90 day extension mark.

The delays in GCMS notes has been widely reported. IRCC's aTIP division is already under investigation by the Office of The Information Commissioner, announced in March 2020.

In the Parliamentary Committee meetings of the Committee on Immigration And Citizenship it was informed that IRCC has relocated employees to work on essential business.

Also, the of office closures, where your application is being processed and the stage your application is at are all factors that will play a role. However, with the stringent lockdowns, delays will continue.

Newspapers have reported that Access to Information systems across Canada have slowed due to COVID. Some federal agencies have completely shut their Access to Information departments and others have used COVID as an excuse to not release information on time.

I called today as well.
AOR April 2.
Everything is passed except medical that expired nov 25th.
Agent said it's been sent to see if it can be extended on December 8th 2020.
Hopefully they are able to extend it and approve my file.

Congratulation, when did your medical expire, and when you got extension on it you got any email regarding that or it just showed passed again in your cic portal. My medical is also expired on 27th Nov but till date no update after that, so curious to know how it happens

My medical expired back in august. I raised a webform in Oct 2020 I think, then I got an email saying thata I got an update on CIC portal on Dec 11 2020. Everything seems to happen in the background. Not sure whether you have to raise a webform or not, but I did.

Called CIC today. I told agent that in my GCMS notes, my app has been approved and COPR created Oct 23, but then she still sees it as in-progress in their database and still waiting for DM. So the notes in GCMS is not conclusive at all?
