Hello, received new Pr portal email, does anyone know if we attach the photo when reply the email, or just provide the info, and upload photos after they give u access to portal and upload in portal? Thanks!

Cec, Aor End April, bio exempt mid Oct, gu update Dec 11th. Vo is Ottawa, but letter is sent from etobicoke.

The ghost update was my file approved. No email at all, just happened to log in and saw the ghost update, called next day, agent advised file approved. Today, received new portal email.

Is the final decision in GCMS notes conclusive already or still subject to change? Asking because my file has been approved per GCMS Oct 23, but no movement, whatsoever in online account till now. I have had 3 GU's, and no nothing for actual updates. Trying my best to be calm while waiting, but frustration is overpowering calmness. lol...
