I never submitted PCC but did submit a police check from Australia as it was requested in my initial list of documents. I've given biometrics and after calling IRCC, they noted that my criminality was in progress. Can I assume this means I don't need to provide a PCC from RCMP in addition as they would've requested when starting to assess my criminality? I'm inland as well btw.

If you are inland, the RCMP PCC is asked at the end of the processing. Also, IRCC is doing away with it as they have the biometrics and can run your scan on the RCMP database.

Unless it is asked, you do not have to provide a RCMP PCC.

It's sometimes asked for at beginning of processing. This was what happened with me.

Good question..how does one get to know that post approval of all stages the file has been transferred and to which VO? Do the agents tell you that if asked?

Agent told about VO I asked about that so I know.but don't know about transferring

Medical: July 30th 2020
Biometrics: October 26th 2020

IRCC Rep advised me that eligibility, criminality and security stages have been passed.
A final decision is yet to be made.

I'm expecting a delay of around 2 months at least. Also, my PGWP expires February next year.

Cec, Aor End April, bio exempt mid Oct, gu update Dec 11th. Vo is Ottawa, but letter is sent from etobicoke.

What was your status before you got the pr portal email? LIke was it Eligibility: Passed, Criminality: In progress, Security: Not started? or was it all passed but no approval?

Mine aor is 20 june and bio 30 October still pending..I called them they told me all passed but you have to wait I don't know why ??

i called ircc and agent told me that my file got transferred from Ottawa office to etibicoke office..i don't know. is that good sign?
