If the us/Canada border opens and one has a current visitor visa to the US. Will it be possible to go by land?

Take a scan of the new passport and send it via webform. That is all.Thanks. I have applied for renewal of my wife's passport, thankfully the passport office opened this week. One more question, we are the the stage where after getting the 'Do you still want to immigrate' email, we have gotten the re-medical request and have gotten our remedicals done. Now waiting for the medical results to be updated. At this stage after getting a new passport, how do we update IRCC of the same? Do i simply raise a web-form and attach the old and new passport's? Or is there any other specific process i have to follow for updating the passport in our application?
I am going to do my re-medicals soon and I know of someone who conclude it on May 16th. Perhaps you want to reach me privately so we can expand our network of known cases of people on the same boat. I'll let you know when I have any news from this person whose re-medicals was concluded May 16th.hi there, for folks who have passed re-medicals (post 'are you interested in immigrating' email), how long is the wait till the next step? For PCC or PPR? what are the timelines like?
My address on this form is also outdated and it's from another country. I am planning to do NOTHING about it.Anyone has a thought on this?
Not long. In a few weeks you'll receive the re-medicals request...Hi, I replied positively to the mail "Do you still want to immigrate" and now the profile is updated (expired COPR details are disappeared and current status is shown as submitted). could someone please tell me after the profile got updated how long it took to receive the re-medical request?
And your new CoPR after re-medicals has an expiry date of 1 year after the re-medicals date?Hey
It depends on a case to case basis. A person in this group got it in 10 days. I got mine in 25 working days but you will definitely get it. Just hang in there.

Thanks
That's great news!Hi guys,
So i received the physical copy of the new COPR. There is a remark mentioning: This document replaces the client's previous confirmation of permanent residence document which was issued on or before March 18,2020.
I guess that says all, you are free to travel to Canada with the new COPR
I will not travel until I get my 2nd vaccine done in the UK. Just want to say thanks to everyone here that helps answering all the questions and good luck to you all.
Hi Klaverveld,Post March CoPR, we received the email without any action from our side
No, we received the "do you still want to immigrate' email. That mentioned that we can't travel niet and will have to wait just a little longer.Hi Klaverveld,
Just want to confirm with you , you received a "are you interested to travel" email even though you received your COPR post 18 March 2020 ?
I got my COPR on 21 March 2020, missed it by the weekend on 19-20 March. So very anxious to hear that you got email to travel even you post March 2020. Can you please shed some light on what you did ? Are you under PNP or any other visa ?
Thanks a ton !
Sorry, just got a little confused . I guess we (Post 18 March) still gotto wait longer! Hope we do get an update soon with the US border opening .No, we received the "do you still want to immigrate' email. That mentioned that we can't travel niet and will have to wait just a little longer.
We got a PNP, but are a FSW application
I'm doing it on June 3rd myself. Hopefully it won't take long after that for us to receive the new docs.I'll do my re-medicals soon and I know of someone who did it May 16th. If you want you can reach me privately and I'll keep you updated about the cases I know of.
Yes it is possible but expensive, also you need to get a visitor visa for USA, it will take more time to go, where are we from?August 18th here. I'm really tired of this uncertainty.
