Please Share your Consultancy name...... How much you paid...what service they r proving to you.... discuss here...

ADDRESS of Consultancy Firm... Where it is located .... what is d fess... what r d services they r giving 2 you...

if you applying without any consultant ...then also mention here.....

seems shady ....i would suggest not to pay him before hand and tell him you will only pay after 2 months of employment. see what he says...

Bro looks like consultant will get you LIMA from his part but, research thorougly befor you take any decesion.
And its totally up to you to go with him or not. But Il say if had this option I would sign an agreement first.
All the best !

You should ask him if the job offer is supported by LMIA or not

yes he told me that..... it will support LMIA... but dont know how to believe him...

yea yea of course consultants want you to pay everything upfront. Imagine what would they do after you paid. Sounds very suspicious to me. But it is your own money and PR opportunity on the line and it's your judgement and decision after all.

Looks like many consultants are taking advantage of the non-transparency and uncertainty of the new EE system.

In Canada, immigration consultants need to be licensed and registered. So if you really think you need one, my suggestion is contact those listed in GC/CIC.

As for myself, I work because I want to get paid, I would never pay to get a job.

At this point most of the consultants will offer this type of service, as they can make more money on the otherside we may get lucky if they do this job right,
but again its very risky. Most of them can cheat us easily.

so what u suggest

An agency in BC told me I need to pay 39000cad to get BC PNP, I said fuc.k off

Let me add a little bit. If I were to look for a job, I might consider hiring a head-hunter to match me a job. Put it this way, I would not trust an immigration consultant to find me a job, but I might consider a head-hunter, because that's their specialty.

There are companies in Canada that specializes in hiring foreign workers for Canadian companies.

Hi Abhi,

Few of my friends opted same thing for FSW last year and they are about to land in Canada ::)
It all depends you fall under which job category and how much you trust ur consultant. Consultant can arrange job offer from small hotels and accounting firms. But if you are in IT that could be really tricky.

And $6000 quite cheap. If you go to northern states of india ppl are ready to give $50000 ;D

I think that agent must be aware of this fact

Core2 bro,
I agree with you. This sounds so familiar. I have full time job noc 2171 unable to get LIMA in such a situation I would take risk because my WP is expiring next may and I will take a chance if
a Consultant offers me to pay 50 % now and 50% after LIMA done and whole process written on agreement. As said 6000 is a lot of money but still affordable if the job offer is in IT industry.
