Hello, I had my master's from Canada and currently working as a Retail Supervisor (NOC 6211) and I am guaranteed to get 37.5 hours weekly.

I was promoted as Manager back on June 6, 2020 and in paper my 1 year would be on June 6, 2021 (total of 1947 hours) but there is a cache in it.
Even though I was promoted as a full time manager back on June 6 but I haven't received 30 hours until 2 weeks later. The following are the weeks where I hadn't received or didn't work for 30 hours:
6 - 12 June 2020: 26.5 hours
13 - 19 June 2020: 28 hours
26 Dec - 1 Jan 2020: 22.5 hours -- but I received holiday pay that week which made it to 30 hours of pay.
20 -26 Feb 2021: 0 hours -- took break for IELTS exam (unpaid vacation)
17 - 23 April 2021: 20 hours

Now my queries are:
1. Should I/Do I have to wait until 9 July, 2021 (that's when I will complete my 52 weeks of getting 30 hours/week) to apply? or I could go by my experience letter (where my starting day as a full-timer would be stated)? I will of course provide all my paystubs and the fact that not all the weeks in this 1 year were 30 hours/week can be only be found after going through each and every paystubs.
2. Can I count that 26 Dec - 1 Jan 2020 week, where I worked 22.5 hours but got pay for 30 hours week? Or should I leave it out of my 52 weeks count as I did now.
3. After completing a year my score would be 479 (already took the IELTS exam) - a very good score to compete in CEC - but exactly after a month, on August 9, I will be turning 31 and my score would go down to 473. (Pardon my lack of knowledge in it) I was wondering is there any chance for them to pause CEC in the near future? I fear the way they are taking people, at some point they might slow down or pause it for a period of time or set up a very competitive CRS score. I was looking at the previous Express Entry draws and before March 2020, there were no CEC draws at all (maybe that's when started this specific program, I have very limited knowledge in it) and even back 2020, there were only 10 CEC draws....the rest were no program specified where the score barely went down of 470s. I fear if I apply too late, I might have a slim chance.

Work as long as it’s under a work permit, paid and skilled work (0, A, B) can count towards Canadian work experience.

count your work hours per week. For weeks you’re working less than 30 hours, count the actual hours worked (26.5, 22.5 etc). For hours working at 30 and up, count 30 hours. Any hours worked in excess of 30 in any given week are not counted. Add your hours until you get 1560.

no one knows what IRCC would do in the future. The pandemic has brought a windfall to applicants with Canadian work experience as it seems IRCC wants to keep the tax payers in Canada and give them priority for their contribution to Canada. By summer 2021, when most Canadians are vaccinated, IRCC MAY decide to go back to all program draws which may keep the cut off scores at 470+ every round. My guess is as good as anyone’s. We don’t know what the future holds.

My whole Canadian experience was/is paid and under work permit. It's NOC 0. If that's the case then I will be eligible by the mid-June. What I heard for a full-time employee (as in, a candidate who is applying with a full-time NOC 0, A, B Canadian job experience), the weeks less than 30 hours will not be counted towards CEC. AS IN, we need to have 52 weeks of 30 hours/week to be eligible. That's where I am confuse and I have been searching for that specific guideline (about gaining eligible work experience hours) in CIC but failing to get such. When it comes to instruction about working hours, CIC site is vague about it to OR maybe I failed to hit the right part of the site.

The way Canada is taking people 27k+ back in February plus 90k+last week and 6k+ every other week, I have a feeling they might stop taking people all together OR might take only the really skilled people with CRS score 480+ or 500+. As you said, the whole thing is uncertain.

Thank you for the reply though.

Your work still counts even it's less than 30 hours. In your particular case, I would say you just need to work until the end of June to reach 1 year

It's just I am confuse:
1. Should I wait until I reach the 52 weeks of 30 hours/week (which would be on 9th July) mark? Two of my collogues did the same thing but they were short of just a week or two where in my case it's 4 weeks (3 weeks worked close to 30 hours/week and didn't work at all in a week) so far.
2. Once I reach my 1 year mark, should I just count the hours until I reach to 1560 hours (which would be on mid-June, as in on 18 June)

Apology for being repetitive, it's just I would loose solid 6 points on August and is hoping to get lucky in one of the draws before it happens.
Thank you for the reply.

The work you did on weeks of less than 30 hours would still count towards the 1560 hours.

from your narrative above, looks like you’re missing 60+ hours, so you might need to work for 2-3 weeks more after your 1 year anniversary to compensate.

OK, so I give you an example. Let's say I've been working full time from April 1 , 2020 to April 1, 2021. However I have 2 weeks that I only worked 20 hours/1 week. So total of hours I got is: 50week x 30 + 2 week x 20 = 1540h
So I need to work another 20 hours after April 1,2021 to make up 1560 hours. Hope it helps. Otherwise I dont know what's better way to explain :(

That example really helps. Sorry for being tad bit dumb there, it's just I wanted to be really sure before making that applying but that explanation really helped me a lot - you guys put me at ease. Thanks a lot sir/ma'am. :)
