Does the CAQ being issued indicate annual tuition fees? Because I could not get the right figure from Concordia and as such quoted CAD 19000. Will that also be a problem?

I mentioned max time limit ie Aug 2018 as ending date. But they will issue CAQ valid till Aug 2016 as program typical length is 2 years.

Yes i am from Meng electrical, Concordia is cheaper as well as much highly ranked as compare to windsor.
A small problem is it is in Quebec, where mostly French is spoken

I understand that situation. For a long run as in PR, what are the best options then? And have you got any idea about our field job conditions? Also,you have finalized or waiting for some other unis?

Then again there two ways to look at it Quebec gives u PR without any job experience but it demands a intermediate french level.
No idea about field job condition.
