When did they replied you with the decision? And when did you applied for the course? Actually I am waiting since long time. I have applied on Nov 23 2013 but still no reply yet.

I got admit on Feb 12th .. I applied on 26th Nov 2013... I emailed them regarding my application status on jan end .. they said they will update it within in Feb

Does it make any diiference btw private and Govt Universities in Canada? (esp in terms of PR)
I am applying for Masters Information System Security Management at Concordia University College of Alberta.

Approximately a months time, for a different program though.

but what to do at-least i have to wait till i get admitted to any one univ

A months time is taken by almost all the universites and in some case more than than. I applied for a program in York in January end and haven't yet got a reply from them.

I want to inquire about something. I got admitted in uni of Concordia Montreal, Quebec n got visa, my session is starting in September. I am planning to book a seat of August 2/3 n then first land in Toronto, Ontario. Then after spending a week or so with my uncle in Toronto, reach Montreal via train. Question is can i do that? Will IO allow me to enter in Ontario, provided that my university is in Quebec. I need your suggestions.

Dear Seniors and other members,

I got admission in University of Victoria (MEngg-Mechanical) for Sep 2014 Session, but i am confused on below four points and i will appreciate ur comments and feed back on these concerns.

(1) I should Apply online or paper based for visa? as i have 3 years of gap b/w my studies and purposed course start date and my employer is not giving me experiance letter (as it is small firm they dont want trained person to leave them) if i apply online i have to upload experiance letters or not???

(2) My IELTS will expire on 10th March 2014 although i got addmission with the same IELTS but now it is expire so i should reappear for IELTS or just give old score card for visa?

(3) My passport will expire on aug 2016 while my course duration is sep 2014 to sep 2016 , i dont want to put my self in trouble or mess after reaching there to renew my passport and apply for new study permit etc ( can i apply for new passport or any member have faced similar situation)??.

(4) i have a bank statement in my account of 50000$ (six months old) do i need to prove to visa officers from where these funds came?[/b][/b][/b]

I will be very thankfull if u guys can comment on these four issues

My issue is, on the CAQ application I quoted the time limit date which was 31/08/2018 on my admission letter as my porgram's end date. The program is 2yrs and I should have just added two years to the start date. I have made a mistake, please what do I do to rectify this?

I don't think you can correct it now if you have already paid. Contact them let them know you have made a mistake.

Hey dont worry ! Its not a problem. I have also mentioned 2018 as my program ending date... Almost everyone mentioned the same thing and everyone got their CAQ without any errors ! Just Chill out and wait for your CAQ !

Does the CAQ being issued indicate annual tuition fees? Because I could not get the right figure from Concordia and as such quoted CAD 19000. Will that also be a problem?
