For Quebec-Concordia-University what are the things you need to show for funding ?

Is GIC essential ? If yes how much amount is needed ?
How much tuition fees should we pay upfront ?
What else is required ?

Thank you so much :)

It is not essential if you are applying with student loan but it is a nice option for your secure funds. Although, if you are on your own then you must get GIC as it create some ease in visa according to what I have been told by few people.
I am going with the option of GIC.
Amount is 10000CAD for 1 year.

It will be okay if you pay first semester fee but to secure your future finance you can pay for a year also.

1.First n foremost get CAQ (it will take around 3 weeks to get it).
2.Medical record
3.ITR of parents or sponsor.
4.Financial bank statement. (I guess if you are on a loan it might differ)

This is what I think is the overall requirement.

If I have missed something someone please guide whoever is done with the visa process.

Thank you so much Zaid for your support. Some people told me for Quebec you don't need GIC, so I was so confused after hearing that :)

So can we use same information for payments or needs to receive it ideally from Concordia? Because I was only given the International Wire Transfer option with Western Union.

I think you can. That was an email that I receveid when I asked about wire transfer. This is because here in Venezuela we have exchange control and the only way that Venezuelan students can pay tuition is through Wire Tranfers. You can still write to them
