And the spreadsheet in the Tab " Apps by NOC/Caps Estimates" and if you refer to column H "Estimated total worldwide # of current apps which will be charged and counted towards NOC cap by CIC" ..It clearly states that the total number of application received towards NOC 2171 are 663.

What do you say about that?

it is just an estimate, i only believe on what CIC says...

it is obvious, but it is also a fact that all applicants will not be eligible..

On the CES application form, where it says "PLEASE PRINT"

What does it mean? Type my name in the provided box and then print , or hand-write my name in the provided box

I am confused

Friend, the spreadsheet is authentic or not...i don't know. But what CIC show is applications they have opened and accepted. CIC do not show the number of applications received and kept in their storage and yet to be opened. So be quick.

Can anybody tell me what docs required for CES ECA, if MBA is done from KHI (Pvt University ) and BCOM from University of KHI?

To get your ECA from CES, you need the following:

1- Color Photo Copy of Your Degrees ( Front & Back)
2- Color Photo copy of your Identification showing DOB
3- Completed CES Application
4- Bachelors and Masters Degree Sealed in an envelope from the respective universities and sent to CES directly from the university.
5- Payment information


I guess these are the requirement from CES

Both works, either send copies of HEC attested degrees in a sealed envelope or ask university a send a copy of your degrees to CES.

hello all, sharing my experience.

ces is a lot better and faster then wes for u if u r immigrating to Canada only.

back in 2013 when I applied for assessment, I 1st selected wes, I sent my docs which were attested by my unis examination controllers and then hec and I received them sealed from hec and sent it to wes by myself but wrote it from hec cos hec doesn't sent doc directly to wes (back then may be today also u have to send it ur self, u just receive sealed envelope). after 1 month wes said on email that they don't recognize my one uni and hence sent the package back wasting my precious one month and refunded the fees after 25 business days.

I didn't waited for the package, i made the copies again, again got them attested from my unis then again sent them hec to get attested, then sent it to ces. below is my timeline

sent complete application to ces via urgent dhl on May 18th 2013
fees charged via CC by ces on May 21, 2013
processing started by ces on May 23, 2013
equivalency issued by ces on July 2, 2013 (after 39 days)
received email from ces on july 2, 2013
received post from ces on july 3, 2013 (i applied through an immigration consultant, his office is in Toronto, so i gave returning address of his office and that's why he received the assessment and the same day he applied for me from Toronto to nova scotia.

but badluck was that my noc was 2174, by the time my app received at cio on july 5, 2013.....i knew quota will expire for that noc as 2174 was the fastest one. so due to the laziness and slow processing of wes (they took one month to inform me that they don't recognize my one uni!) my whole one year was wasted! now i applied in 2014 and Alhamdulillah waiting for MR.

i would recommend ces for those who are only immigrating to Canada cos its based in Canada and it process faster then wes, plus when cio contacts them for cross checking, they respond faster then wes cos they both are in same country and hence waste less time.

cio considers ces assessment more valuable cos they have specifically designated this body to assess for immigration of Canada only, where as wes assess for whole of the world.

processing times as i have mentioned are a lot faster then wes.

they recognize more institutes and unis than wes.

hope that helps, but still i don't stop any one from applying to wes. good luck.

Please guide me about WES education Assessment,I have done Electrical Engineering(4years Degree Program),How much points can i claim in education?

why they are asking for mark sheets for Matric and Fsc,while the detail and total marks are already mentioned on both certificates?

do i need to get the mark sheets from board or the certificates attested from board will do the job?
