Dear All,

Anybody have an idea about CES. My application was received at CES Canada on 11th of July, 2014 and payment was deducted on 18th of July, 2014. Yesterday i called them and asked for my application status. They said, we have received you Masters transcript but didn't receive you Bachelors one. I told them that the Bachelors transcript was sent to you along with the application pack in a sealed envelope by HEC. The representative said to me that i am going to send your application for review now. Please tell what is this and how long would it take to process my application. Any idea ?

WES is very strict regarding the requirements but they are much more organized and efficient. You can always see your status overall and also for each document separately in account.
One should opt WES only if they can arrange required documents easily. Otherwise, apply for CES which takes approx 2 months!

To provide details of my case, I sent my documents on through various national and a us institution as per follows:

Application received on - 25th June
Last documents received on - 7th July
Payment processed on - 14th July

Haven't heard anything since.

@cooolideal :'( I later send an email and than they took almost 3 weeks to transfer the account to wes canada . I got my wes long back as that was thefirst document iI arranged. One more info one of my friend get his PCC today in just one day through passport office.

I called CES to inquire about my application status. They told me that the last page of my transcript is attested. What about other pages ? Do you guys have any idea about this as when i went to HEC they attested my transcript in this way. Does this create any issue ?

ideally they should have emailed u if something was missing. I m not sure abt this. review means its gone in for verification and conversion. lets hope

Via email they informed that if there will be any thing wrong then they will inform.

I didn't hear any thing from 4th of August to till date....

Please share experience if they hear any thing from CES that something is wrong after one month...

Because it can delay our case late & very late....

If Have Two page BBA Transcript and both pages were attested by HEC
I used agent for HEC attestation

Any update who got ECA from CES?

I got email from CES asking about my wife's marriage certificate as her name was different on degrees and forms. They just asked us to email them the certificate and we did that.. hopefully my ECA is on last stages now.

Greetings!

I have heard that HEC regional office (Karachi) also does the degree attestation and sends to specific institutions in sealed envelope...... I would like to know if anyone on forum has any information/experience about this.......

My Application was received on 18 July, Credit card was charged on 24 July. I have emailed CES for status update, I got following generic reply

"Due to a high number of applications and inquiries, CES is unable to report on the status of any particular application. Online status tracking is not available.

Once received and processed, applications wait in queue for processing. Their status remains as such until an assessor works on the file. Assessors work on applications in the order in which they are received.

For an estimate of current processing time, please refer to our web site.

The estimate for FSWP applications is from the date that all required official documents are received (including those from former institutions).
If there is a problem or unusual delay in the processing of your application, CES will contact you directly.

At time of application processing time was four weeks , now it is seven weeks

If I send application by Sep End, by then cap will be reached thanks to CES Delay
