Hi,
Would you mind what documents they provide? My common law was still married in the philippines. And separated for almost 15 years however, no chance of getting annulled coz its expensive, is it possible to include him for mt pr application? Thanks for the reply
A simple affidavit is good enough, stating you have separated from your previous spouse even though still married on paper. The fact someone lives together with a new partner for at least 1 year, is on it's own ample proof that the previous relationship has ended.

If you have lived with your current partner for 12 consecutive months, then you MUST include them as your common-law partner on any PR application you are doing for yourself.
