Common Law Sponsorship

Hi Everyone,

Just want to ask you if I eligible to sponsor my spouse, I am currently a PR holder
Time line:
+ Jan 2021 we moved in together
+ July 2021 I got my PR
+ According to Common-law definition, after 1 year of living together we were automatically became Common-Law which is Jan 2022
During my Pr application since we had not living together 1 year before therefore in my PR application my martial status was Single.
Just wondering if I eligible to sponsor my spouse?
