Common Law sponsorship/open work permit

Hello all,

So me and the missus are in the process of applying through common-law sponsorship and we have a few questions...

1. do we send schedule A along with everything else? there is a box for an application number but we don't have one of those

2. should we include an open work permit?

1. Yes, this is a new change as of last month, it used to be requested later in the process but now it needs to be submitted up front. You can leave the App# or UCI# space blank since you will not have one yet

2. If you are applying outland, you cannot. If you are applying inland, it's completely up to you, but most people do since it is the primary advantage to applying inland (if you aren't applying for the OWP, you may as well apply outland.)
