Yes, I received the PR in October 2021 and we lived together for one year
My mistake that I did not declare it in my citizenship,
What should I do now?
I absolutely did not know that I have to let them know.
No, your mistake was not adding your partner to your PR application and declaring your status as common law. Talk to a lawyer. Your partner should be prepared to qualify for PR on their own without being sponsored by your.

But at that time we did not have any plan and now we want to have a life together and even we are willing to get married.

It doesn’t matter you were considered common law as soon as you lived together for a continuous year. You also needed to be declaring your common law status on other documents.
