Hi all,
My common law partner and I are living in London UK, I am a Canadian citizen and he is French and we are looking to apply for the Common Law visa under the family class.
Part of the application is if we are living outside of Canada during the application, we have to provide proof we will live in Canada once we are accepted. Just wondering what this 'proof' could look like? I thought of a plane ticket, but I don't think you can buy them a year in advance.
Any help is much appreciated!
