The formal rental agreement I mentioned is the single best proof as it has day 1 of cohabitation in writing.
Another good proof is the airplane ticket/passport stamp showing when you actually arrived in the country. With all the other proofs showing approximate start to cohabitation, the ticket/passport will be a good indication that was also day 1 of cohabitation.
Anything else you can think of (like receipts, etc) are also all good things to include.
