I applied for a WP back in January from Ukraine and passed medexam and biometrics in March. After that- no respond from IRCC.

Didnt get the work permit yet, seems most of the non essential WP final decisions are on hold since March 2020 except the inland and US applicants.

Given the sudden rise in unemployment Canada will be making sure that there is really no Canadian who can do the job. They were more lax when unemployment was much lower.
