Didnt get the work permit yet, seems most of the non essential WP final decisions are on hold since March 2020 except the inland and US applicants.

Received Biometric correspondence letter since 7 Aug 2020.. no update after that. ICT closed work permit

Given the sudden rise in unemployment Canada will be making sure that there is really no Canadian who can do the job. They were more lax when unemployment was much lower.
