CIC received my file at June 13, 2011.
They started processing at March 1, 2012.
I think my file was transferred at August 2012. Why so late? I don't know.
I just called CIC today. All they can tell is to wait.

I sent my application on january 2012
They started process on December 2012
My file is still in Sidney. I wonder after 16 months and still in Sidney how long it will take my appl.
Someone know how long it takes to check the background in Sidney and send the file to winnipeg?
Please share your cases if you are in Winnipeg.

Winnipeg is one of the slowest offices right now. It is very likely that the processing time will be over 21 months for you.

Me and my family applied for citizenship from Winnipeg on Oct 05/2010 got RQ right before test in July 2012. Haven't heard anything after that. I like to share my info in "time sheet" but It opens only to view I can't add anything in there. Can you please kindly explaine it how can I add my infor init?- Thanks

So it's going to be a long wait... So not looking forward to that.
