You should expect 2-3 years from application sent in until test. I waited 28 1/2 month after sending application in until my test and now i am waiting for ceremony

I brought all my documents both and also photocopies.. Better safe then sorry. I brought my birthcertificate, passport, prcard (even if expired) health card, drivers licence, landed paper, a paper they sent for us to sign. That's it I think. Just waiting for a letter with ceremony info now ;)

I called Wpg office today and they told me they scheduled a test date for me ... finally... finally finally something is happening my timeline june 1st 2011 application sent june 9th 2011 they receive it july 2011 they send study book feb 2012 sent to wpg office sept...

My office is winnipeg .. I have waited 25 months so far. For people applying in Winnipeg at similar time (June 2011) it's the same, they are still waiting to take the test. I'm guessing in the next 2-3 months we take the test. At least now we don't have to wait for a letter with results for 4...

the timeframe they are giving is 25-28 months... I´ve called cic office and all is fine with my application, they are sending out test letters for people applying march/apri2011 right now.... hopefully that indicates its my turn soon

Im in Winnipeg Sent my application June 1st 2011 they received it June 6th 2011 I get discover Canada July 2011 in process............................. still waiting for test date

Do you know if you have to have a valid passport when you go .... my foreign passport has expired after I applied for citizenship, I haven´t renewed it.
