Hello,

I have received invitation to write the citizenship test via Email and it contains the date/time and location of the test. However, when I checked the status of my application in ecas, I see the below notes

"We sent you a notice on date to appear and write the citizenship test on date. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."

My only question is, I have not received any physical mail of the test invitation, should I ignore the mail? since I have received the letter from email? Or do I need to contact CIC for the mail/letter and tell them that I have not received the letter?

Please advise

Thanks!

That's the email you received...dont worry about it. Just prepare for the test.

please advise
What were you expecting? @mekima already responded correctly to your post. The email you received is the invitation letter. Print the attached PDF file and take it with you to the test/interview. The attached file will also list the documents you should take with you to the interview

Most likely when you applied for citizenship you opted to receive correspondence by email and that's the option IRCC followed. You are not going to receive any snail mail.
