Hello guys, I have a quick question. A friend of mine has been in Canada as a PR past 5 years, her 5years was up December 2023 and she renewed her PR card. She is ready to apply for citizenship now, my question is does she have to be in Canada for another 1095 days before she can apply for citizenship or she can go ahead now and apply since she has been in Canada pass the physical presence requirement?

The Physical Presence requirements is 5 years prior to the date of application.
So if she is applying Feb 1, 2024, they will consider only any days she was inside Canada from Feb 1, 2019 to Feb 1, 2024
