Hi,
I'm in the process of applying for a Canadian Citizenship certificate for my 10 week old daughter. She was born in England, where myself a British Citizen and my Wife a Canadian Citizen by birth currently live.
I've filled out the application form no problem, paid the fee and printed the receipt, I have a copy of my babes birth certificate and a copy of my wifes birth certificate. I'm using a copy of her British Passport as her photo I.D
I've got 2 visa sized photo's as required of my baby daughter.
Now my question is what do I need to write on the back of the photo's?. and do I need them signed if so who by? I'm not sure who in England would be accepted.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
