Citizenship Certificate After Oath

Hi All,

Just wanted to provide an update. Finally I received my citizenship certificate today in mail.
We had our Oath on Feb 21st - Mississauga office (I did not mention that I need the certificate urgently during the Oath Ceremony). It was a normal process.
Thanks all for your support.

Next stop: Canadian Passport.

do we get the citizenship certificate with Canada post as registered email ?
so they come in door and ask for sign or drop it in mail box?
I am yet to get my certificate

Mine came in regular mail, just drop it in the mailbox.

one last question how to know if they shipped my certificate or not is there a email id specific for that purpose ??
or we should mail the convocation mail id ?

I am not sure. I did not contact them. It came by in the normal process. However, I think you can reply to the email id where you sent the signed Oath form.

Just send them an email to the email that you sent back your oath paperwork after you signed it and ask them if they've sent the certificate out. They will confirm yes or no and when, also they send by normal post

It's been 10 days since I took the Oath but no update on my application every other one getting updated but mine still cermoney not even complete
I hv email them but no reply
What should I do any one same as mine situation

Received my certificate today As per the call center, and also from their reply to my yesterday's email, the mailing date was 7th March which matched on the postage too. Also it was regular Canada Post mail delivered to my mail box (and they did not bend it lol). The certificate was in some kind of plastic lamination-type cover for protection, which was nice.

My timeline:
Office: Vancouver BC (I live few blocks from their office)
Oath Date: March 2, 2022
Application Closed: March 7, 2022 (tracker update seen on Mar 8)
Certificate Mailed: March 7, 2022
Certificate receipt: March 10, 2022

I and my daughter's Oath was also Feb 9th Mississauga office, I received only my certificate in the mail today but not my daughter's. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Should I wait a few more days before sending out an inquiry?

Did you get the certificate? . My spouse na slid got mine missing. So wanted some advise please help

Well they did say it could take up to 2 weeks +. So just sit tight I guess. Hopefully we get it next week.

Please reply back to the same Oath email, and ask when they mailed out your Cert. Also tell them about your upcoming travel plans.
And call their call center - atleast they can let you know whether it has been mailed out or not. I know someone from this thread where the call center agent actually went the extra mile and sent out a email to the clerk. Don't know if that made any difference though.

Did you send the oath form to them? Maybe they didn't receive it, and still waiting on you
