The oath was on November 4 and status was set to completed on November 12.

Hi everyone, well my journey is a nightmare. 4 months since the oath and still no certificate. called, emailed ...CAS says in progress. They told me to have patience, as they are understaffed and this long wait is normal. I also contacted my MP, so hopefully this works. I'm under so much stress...

Help please, this is a nightmare..did my oath the 4th of november..still no certificate, I did several calls and mails. Even yesterday I called (afther almost half a day telling me no agents available, finally at 2.30 pm waiting time 50 minutes, and they said it was normal because of staff...

It was still in process!

I am in Calgary, I had my ceremony on 4 November 2021. No certificate yet. I have emailed them several times and by phone I was advised to have a little more patience. I need to travel by the end of February.
