I am not sure. I did not contact them. It came by in the normal process. However, I think you can reply to the email id where you sent the signed Oath form.

Yes, my return tracker showed 'Accepted at Ottawa' and all the stages until it delivered to me (in Toronto).

Bhoomi - Yes, the tracker says 'Item successfully delivered' in Ottawa and signed by someone named NANCY VALIQUETTE. I would suggest to call canadapost customer care and get it confirmed.
