My entries on i-94 because I was crossing by land frequently did not appear, and my entries to Canada through CSBA appeared!

I guess i am in the same boat
I received foia answer on 19 march. so I sent it to them
Still waiting.
cit 520 received on 28 oct 2014 after the test
Application since june 2013 - getting close to 2 years now

I think nexus seems to be the issue as entries are not reflected on the I94.
Plus too many entries so the officer says they need to be verified
really frustrating .........................

But, i recommend any new permanent resident, do not make many entries to USA if you want your application to be processed faster.
They seem to be taking a long time verifying the entries which is delaying the citizenship process...................

What??? this is horrible and beyond me. Hey outlook you really need to be proactive otherwise nothing will be done about your case, you cannot cross your arms and expect CIC to review your file. Please contact your MP ASAP and tell them to call CIC immediately as this has been going on for more than 5 years now. Also order a copy of your ATIP and file the case specific inquiry below

My application has been processing for more than 40 months but I have never heard of 50+ months in processing, this is becoming ridiculous. I would also suggest that you call CIC and you don't even have to be nice about it as they are not doing their job and demand to speak with a supervisor. What could possibly be the reason for holding onto this application after more than 4 years in processing?

Djoli thanks for your advice - I ordered the ATIP as you said. After they finally received my OHIP claims it seems it took them a week to approve my response to CIT 0520 (In total 3 months) . According to CIC my file has now been transferred to Mississauga and I'm on the waiting list for the oath since March 4th.

Called CIC today and they said it could take up to 3 months for the oath letter :o

Hi all, just a quick update. A few days ago I received yet another CIT0520 form from the same officer that sent me the original CIT0520, this time he is requesting my "entry/exit records" from the U.S. I was so disappointed as I thought I was getting the oath letter. Frankly these officers are taking too much time reviewing these documents, it should really be straight forward.

i am sorry to know that. What was the asked in first cit0520?

Did anybody order an ATIP after CIT0520... did it have any additional info?

Hello all,

Anything new on this front? I see that some people have recently received form CIT0520 but I just curious to see if anyone hard heard anything back from CIC.

Please provide your timeline. As far I know no one that received CIT0520 has been scheduled for oath.
