I think USCIS can provide you the status information. Please contact them to see if they can help.border9999 said:I had F1 visa from 2005 - 2012. I immigrated to Canada in 2009, and since 2013 I have B1/B2 visitor visa.

I never had a visiting visa of Canada, so I never visited Canada prior to getting my PR.us2yow said:SCSquare,
I am saying since you included time spent here visiting while in the US + a Canada address after moving AND (as you explained) your US visa was still active prior to your moving but after you became PR, they probably asked more questions.
The counterexample is: You have a valid US visa, you moved up and waited till your 4 years past addresses were ALL Canada, that would have still meant your visa was valid after moving here until it expired but that because you put in extra time here, the time frame when you were in the US on that same visa and visiting Canada was no longer included. (hence, all Canada addresses in the past 4 years).
For item 4) you can go to https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do and get the current status of your B1/B2.border9999 said:Hi SCsquare,
Thank you very much for the information. I gathered the items 1)- 2) already. I will need
to contact my university for the letter stating that my F1 already expired.
Now what about the item 4) B1/B2 current status?? is it from Embassy or other agency?
Another questions for item 2) getting the travel history using i-94 is enough??, because
I was most of my trips to USA is by car, those entry/exit is not shown in I-94 report? Most of my trips are day trips
which I had to include in my RQ report.
what should I do now? Should I contact US customs border protection about this information??
I have already contacted CSBA to get the report ?? Since they do not ask for that why should I get them anyways??

Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate that.
For Item 4) when I click the link it says entery receipt number?? what do I put there?? do I put my B1/B2 visa number or what?
oh if printing out from I-94 (CBP) website will be considered as an official document that is great, i do not need to contact
the embassy or USCIS.
Now the last thing remained is to finish item 4) which is my current status of B1/B2.
thanks a lot,
it took me over a month.border9999 said:Hi,
I guess it is missing one and does not include all the crossing by land. However, ordering FOIA it will take time and I have only 30 days. How long it takes to receive from FOIA?
Do you by any chance have nexus card?border9999 said:Land crossings not showing at all, only times it shows if I require new I-94 when I cross by land, but if I cross and my I-94 is valid no records are being recorded,
