I read today that some applcants who got mr on 10th september whose ecas system also had updated too with new line of mr.
Can you tell me about that?

When you receive MR & RPRF email, another line will be added in 2-3 days mentioning about your MR and RPRF correspondence.
Normally Medical forms will be sent to You separately after/before MR email. That will be one more line about this in ECAS. :)

Follow the instructions. It depends on the visa office i guess.
I sent email only. And many other ones for ottawa/sydney asked for email. So it will be depending on how they asked.

Congrats man :-)

I have received my MR and RPRF few days ago. In the covering letter I was requested for the photocopies of my passport and Covering letter itself.
Shall it be fine if I send covering letter, Passport fotocopies and Payment receipt via email?

Many are at this situation (including myself). They send reminder emails asking for updated passport copies, pcc etc. We can send at that time. We need to wait.

Check your MR email if there is any instruction on how to send them. I think as yet asked for copies and not original it's absolutely fine to send it thru email :)

Hi FSWCIO,

Yesterday I sent my application to CIO from Beijing via FedEX. I may expect the application package will reach at CIO, Sydney office by 18th of this month. Do they provide any AOR or it is the VO who is responsible to send AOR, file number and others? How long it may take to receive AOR and XEP and others from VO. Normally for Asian region, CIC has VOs in Singapore, Manila, New Delhi, Colombo, Hong Kong and Beijing. As I am currently residing in Beijing, so is there any chance CIC may send my file to either Hong Kong or in Beijing? The faster the better. Do you have any idea or any body in this forum may share their experience with me.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

You should get your AOR from CIO within 2- 2.5 months. Don't know about which VO would you be allocated, probably Singapore.
Best of luck.

Thanks FSWCIO. I appreciate your comments on this issue. Another thing is that, I couldn't submit PCC from Japan (I have lived there for 6 years) along with my application to CIC as it will require 2-3 months to receive PCC from Japan. I applied for PCC from Japan and the embassy of Japan in Beijing, China will call me as soon as they received my PCC. For the time being I have sent an explanation letter describing the procedure I have followed to obtain PCC from Japan. Now, how and where should I send my PCC once I receive it. Would you kindly provide some comments on this.

Thanks and regards,

Your application would be sent to VO, the VO will contact you if they require any further documents. They will then instruct you on how to send what to where. Unless requested do not send anything as this may delay your processing.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.
