To all that received the progression bar email this March 2019 to please leave a feedback on the link that they've provided in the email to let them know about the slower VO's such as LVO. Voice your feedback and opinion to help all the applicants who are stuck on these slower offices and to add manpower. Spread the word & it will benefit all. Thanks!!!

Your application now has a progress bar. The progress bar shows the time elapsed since we received your application. It gives you an estimated completion date based on our latest processing times.

Now you can use the webform to ask question as to why your application has passed the 12 month period
Just to follow up on @pr90's post, don't forget that there is a survey link where we can give our ~feedback~ on this utterly useless progress bar. The survey is really short and there are several text boxes that allow you to *ahem* speak your mind.
go click on the location of the vo office in which your application was sent to and and there should be a webform once you click it
