well let us know what you find. :)

it's totally possible for them to provide more info by integrating MyCIC with GCMS. let's wait until tomorrow and see what they've done.

I have an account with MyCIC for when I applied for my hubby's TRV. Let's see what they do with it. So far, there's no drop down to select family sponsorship since it starts tomorrow.

Also, with MyCIC, whenever they make a 'decision' or request info, it gets updated and you get an email which informs you that the application is updated and there's a msg for you. Please log in and check the status.

Hey guys, I need urgent help on this! If anybody has experienced this please let me know!

I applied for my Canadian Student Visa on 12th of Feb 2016, but I haven't heard from the embassy till date! They haven't even asked for my medicals yet! Why is the long delay? I applied through VAC, whenever I track my application it says " Processed passport has been forwarded to Canada visa office Islamabad on 12/2/16. It's been more than 3 months. Does long delay usually means negative answer?

Guys, bad News. I just checked the website and we won't be able to check MyCIC tomorrow after all.
They changed the Date to July 23rd

Guys, I think this is referring to applications other than spousal/common-law/conjugal. Before they listed spouses in a separate category for May 26th and the rest of family class (parents/siblings etc) for July 23rd I believe. I think they just removed the part that talked about spousal cases because that's supposed to come out tomorrow.

We'll have to see what the website says tomorrow.

Interesting it says for Family Sponsorship - excluding applications to become a sponsor

So, I thought it was only Canadians (including PR) who would have a MyCAS account.
Since the new information will not include the sponsors applicaition AND they don't advise the Sponsor of the progress of the Applicant's application
what exactly is the point of having MyCAS for Family Sponsorship ??? ::)
