I called and they told me that eligibility was passed and the officer is currently working on my background check! The person I spoke with said everything is going as expected and moving along. Fingers crossed I hear good news soon, and I hope you do too!

You will get the PPR soon if you can go by anything that I have seen lately. Your status will change to IP2 today and you will get PPR tomorrow. Thats how it worked for me and a few other guys. All the best!

they needed another scan of my husband’s FBI PCC and then another because of the watermark. hoping for good news soon! But calling did get my application moving. I had planned to call a couple of weeks ago but then before I got around to do it, they sent me a request for another PCC which I uploaded later than same week. There hasn't bee any more actions on my account since. I'm considering calling just to perhaps nudge things a littleNot yet
Did you call the 613#? I've been trying it since 6:30am CST and it's not going through. I keep getting this message after making it the 3rd option "the toll free number you've dialed is not available for your area". I've tried it on Google voice, hangout dialer even Skype.
I’ve been calling 613-944-4000 from google hangout app. I usually call around 8am EST to reach a person, so right when they open. Otherwise it tells me the queue is too long and they can’t connect me. Haven’t run in to any issues with not being able to call though, sorry! Good luck.
Not to be rude but even earlier is maxed out especially when everyone will do what is seen on this forum post. Your best bet is to start early and at regular intervals throughout the day, make an attempt, if you don't get through.Well at least it sounds like you made it to the point where it tells you that the volume is too much and you have to call back at another time. For me, it wouldn't even get pass transferring the call because of that whole "toll free number not available in the area" message. That being said, I've used another method and have through but was not able to get an agent because of volume...so I'm planning to try early tomorrow morning!
