I am able to go and change the personal information. After I click--continue...It doesn't work anymore. Always gives an error as:

I am surprised to see , there is no one who can help you in this regard, This is the only reason I say depending on the forum only is not a very good idea. The forum do help us and act as a catalyst, but in situation like yours an Agent would have been of great help.

I request all technical ( computer) experts to help ajit as the time is running out for him.

Are you using a Proxy? VPN? If you haven't, then you should probably try that. I assume the system cannot be down only for you. It HAS to do something with your application. I am not a technical expert on this. But please try these.

I also suggest changing the computer and location taking a help from some computer expert. sometimes internet security or some antivirus also create problem.

I am uploading just fine, nor errors. Can you try another computer or browser or go out to facility like a school or library to access internet?
 
I have tried everything that I could. Now, just hoping that it works before my ITA expires :'(

Have you tried switching the language to French (on the top right). I had a similar issue and switching language worked.
Also, are your pdf files less than 4Mb ?
 
Yes, I even tried changing the language. I am just reaching up to the stage of Personal Information. Not able to proceed further and see the list of documents that I need to upload
 
Sorry for your experience.

Unfortunately I (and several others) lost ITAs in oct 2015 because of technical issues ( log in with sign in partner broke) and neither technical support nor case specific enquiry were helpful despite my initial complaint was at 7 weeks to ITA expiring. This is just to set your expectations I am afraid. I found the responses to be generic and not taking on board any of the troubleshooting steps I had screen captured to clearly demonstrate the issue.

That said, have you screen captured the steps to the fault and sent to them through the case specific enquiry, clearly stating all you have tried?

Can you try it on a machine not on your network AND that you haven't used before? ie like going to your work, a mate, log on there and try below:

Set your pc/mac to show the extensions ie .dox, .pdf etc if it doesn't already. Can you upload any document at all? ie not one you made but say a 1 page word doc, a pix in jpeg ( I had to change the extension to .jpg to get it to upload as it didn't like mac jpeg), a simple pdf from the internet?

If it still doesn't work as I say screen capture the steps, (not just copy any text) and report. It is 99.9% likely at this point you are not at fault.

I have the same error message with the poster just now. Now I am worried with your messages as I have 4 days to go. I hope it is because of the new draw and it would be resolved soon. I will try logging in at night if it is because of the traffic.

Ok, false alarm! I was able to get it on my iPad, the error happened on my laptop
 
Just on the off chance. Have you tried going to your local library. Re-scanning and uploading all documents using their software and hardware. If you have a problem there, the library should have an IT department that could possibly help.
