Hi Again everyone

Please l sent in my application for skilled worker to Ontario then l found out about the Alberta Provincial nominee special program for H1B in the USA and l appllied.My Question is if l'm nominted in Alberta will there be an issue as to the fact that my original CIC application is for Ontario. Any help please?

No. I am in the same boat. I e-mailed Alberta after i applied to the PNP ( I have an FSW application with CIC and picked Ontario). Alberta told me I would withdraw the FSW application if and when they approve my PNP. They are two different applications until you withdraw the FSW before filing PNP through CIC.

No problem at all.

Where can I find the application forms for the Alberta PNP for H1b holders. I searched a lot couldn't find ?

Yeah am looking for the H1B program's form too !! I could only find one "form" there. Ill fill it and email it to them - Let me see what they do.

The H1B program website is at http://albertacanada.com/immigration/campaigns/h1b.html and there is a link to the form in there.

Well - that form looks like a 1 page form - Is there like a specific checklist ? or what to send whom ?

On the website it says, if you think you qualify, complete the (1 page) form and send it back. If they want more information than is on the form, they will let you know.
