I can say with some certainty that an application received in June 2011 will not take 2-3 years to finalise. But I guess we'll have to wait on that one.

Deciding to write in bold green font on all Nectar's threads then maybe he'll be able to see my posts.

Dear iLoveYou,

I mean CHC London will be finishing all fast track FSW applications (applied between February 28, 2008 to June 25, 2010) in 2 years timeframe. The approximate total of these applications on CIC inventory is about 165,000.

The average processing timeframe for post June 26, 2010 at CHC London will be about 12 months.

So you mean in 2 years time all fast track will be finished and it also means some fast track applications can take longer to finish and some earlier. Is that true.?

What you advise me I applied before 26/6 but my NOC is in new list post 26/6. Should I withdraw my application and apply again to become post 26/6 or I don't do that.

Thanks

My application has been there for 2.5 months and I already have medical requests. If you look at the following spreadsheet you will see EmmaJ has been at visa office for 6 weeks or less and already has medical requests.

Your numbers still don't stack up!

Dear iLoveYou,

If you have submitted supporting documents to CHC London in early 2010 then there is a good chance that your application will be moved forward smoothly during 2011.

No I submitted my full docs in dec 2010. What do you suggest should I withdraw it and apply again?

Thanks

If you made another application now you would have to regather your documents since post-June-26 all documents have to be sent to CIO. That would take what, 2 months?. Then it would take 6 to 8 weeks at CIO before sending to London (would take maybe 1 month), so you're looking the best part of 5 months before CHC London even got your new application. In fact it is very unlikely you would be able to get a full application in now before 30th June - and we don't yet know if the in-demand list will change or not on 1st July?

Pre-June-2010 applicants are receiving steady medical requests and steadily going "In Process". I urge you to visit the British Expats forum (http://britishexpats.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=33) for some true looks at what's happening with London pre-June-2010 applications.

My advice is to closely follow genuine applications, official news from CIC and CHC, and also places like British Expats and trackitt.com can have some good information, and STOP listening to Nectar's self-important hysteria. And certainly do NOT withdraw your current application :)

Best of luck!
Wayne.

Dear iLoveYou,

As per current scenario, if you decided to go along your current application then you must think the finalization of your application during 2nd/3rd qurater of 2012.

I will suggest you not to withdraw your current PR application.

Good Luck !

Hi!

But if I withdraw it, is it possible my new application will be processed faster than this and I wil get my PRR quicker.

Thanks

If you are really determined to try to get another application in, you still do not have to withdraw your original application.

When one of the applications reaches medicals stage I think CHC London will then ask you which one you want to proceed and ask you to withdraw one, but you can have 2 applications running in parallel up until that point.

The choice is yours of course! But to enter another application now would be expensive and time-consuming, and given the 5/6 months it will take that application to get to the stage your current one is at, you have no guarantee it will be any quicker.

Dear iLoveYou,

The priority should be given to post June 26, 2010 applications from now onwards but the active processing of your new PR application will be started by December 2011 provided that your application reaches Sydney in May 2011.

The real PR application processing timeframe will remain the same in either case.
