Alhamdulillah... I get my passports back today. Visa issued on 25th July.

I sent passports on 22 July, and I got an sms from the courier that it was received on the 23rd of July, then and I got decision made on 10, August. ie today....
usually how long does it take to receive the passports after decision made? also how will they send them? aramex, DHL? or normal mail, will they email me a tracking number?

Strsnge thing is happening when checking the status hoping that it will change to " DECISION MADE" but it says we can't find your record. Coiple of days back it was showing "in process".

Please guide me.

It's frustating, still can't access update through ecas. Is anybody in the forum experiecing same problem. Can senior members guide me on this. Our passports are already with CHC London since 29th July, 2013.
