Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear All,

One April 2010 Applicant Received email from London in nov 2010.

As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK. The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People. Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London.

The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway. Our office hopes to complete the transfer by December 2010.

Our office has not yet received your application. However, the transfer of files from Islamabad is still ongoing. We cannot confirm or deny at this time if your application will be processed in London. Please be advised, if your application is transferred to our office, our office will contact you when we are in a position to begin processing your application. Please wait until this letter has been received before providing any new information relating to changes in your personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents.

You may resend your enquiry after January 2011, if you have not received any correspondence from our office.

We regret that our office cannot provide status updates at this time.

At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or email to the mailing address or email address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address or email address. Please also notify us if you would like to withdraw your application. For all other updates, wait until you are contacted by our office or the Islamabad office.

We thank you for your patience during this transition period and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Yours sincerely,

Dear coolangy,

I believe this is your 2nd update request letter from CHC. CHC can't mention the date of assessment on request letter perhaps CHC mentions due date for the submissions. I think CHC London gave you 60 days to submit the requested documents.

Please keep in mind that every additional update may take about 3-4 months to roll over to the next stage of application.

If CHC London asks to submit documents within 30 days it means the application is in a batch of high priority.
If CHC London asks to submit documents within 45-60 days it means the application is in a batch of intermediate priority.
If CHC London asks to submit documents within 90 days it means the application is in a batch of normal priority.

Thanks for your reply Nectar. The email that I received from CHC London is as follows:

Your application for permanent residence has been reviewed and the documents marked below are required.
]An immigration officer will assess your application 60 days from the date of this email. The officer will make the decision to approve it, refuse it or call you for interview based on the documents and information contained in your application at the time of assessment. It is in your interest to submit the requested documents within 60 days. If you have not provided adequate information at the time of the officer’s assessment, your application may be refused. You will be notified in writing of the officer’s decision.

Dear snbajwa,

There will be a concurrent processing of Islamabad applications at CHC London.

CHC London had recruited Urdu/English skilled immigrant assistants during mid 2010 especially for Islamabad applications.

thanks
Dear yanansi,

As per your details I think your application is stuck in crimnality & security checks and would be finalised shortly. This will be done after the assessment of your FBI report. Each additional update in this last stage situation may take about 1-2 months.

Dear coolangy,

It shows your application is in a batch of intermediate priority. Please send your updates well before 60 days so that your file will be ready and upto date on your next review day at CHC London.

If the additional document request is only 'Immigrant Summary & Supplementary Information Form' it means your application is complete and the CHC London just randomly asked for above form. On the other hand if your personal documentation like employment and education related or proof of relative in Canada related is being asked it means immigration officer is not satisfied with your current submitted documents and he/she wants to explore your application further.

Breaking News !

Ottawa Pilot Programme applicants will get RPRF requests upon successful security ckecks shortly and this might start from late January 2011.

CHC London will spend the first half of 2011 on pre-February 2008 applications and the last half on post-February 2008 application as they did in the year of 2010.

Moreover; the CHC London will be finalising applications of those who got update requests during 2009 or early 2010 including Ottawa Pilot Programme applicants during the year of 2011 in a strict chronological order.

As the CIC will be implementing new Global Case Management System -GCMS instead of CAIPS from April 2011 therefore, the SAP CHC London applicants from November 2007 to February 2008 might get update requests from March 2011 onwards and will be finalised during first half of 2012.

The clear cut current target of CIC is to reduce 50% of backglog applications by 2013 -means start of 2013.

hi nectar,
do you have any idea about aug 2005 applicants in the phils? till now no update of docs yet.
thank you very much in adv...
