I have applied to CHC Islamabad Pakistan under Saskatchwen Nominee Programe in Jun-2009, In January 2010 i was asked to provide relationships with my brothe in Canada, revised police character cetificates, and some other documents those were sent with in duedate, no respose since Jan-2010.
I have checked my file status on internet it shows " In Process" and file has been trasfered to London they may contact.

Do you have any information, that when CHC London will start processing of transfered files fom Islamabad Pakistan.

There will a concurrent processing of Islamabad applications at CHC London. Please keep in mind 13-15 months processing time for your FSW application.

I submitted my docs in Sep 2009, then file was transferred to CHC London and I got documents update letter on 7 oct 2010 in which it was stated that an immigration officer will assess the application 60 days from the date of this letter. Moreover, they have asked us not to inquire after 4 months of receiving this letter. My noc is 3112. When do you think we will get our medical request? Is there any chance of getting medical request and passport request together?

Dear eemmoo1,

CHC London worked on post February 2008 applications mostly during the 2nd half of 2010. As per submission date of your supporting documents to CHC London, your documents must be reviewd by officer in December 2010 or early January 2011. So you must be receiving either additional documents request or medical instructions by April 2011 - depends on your application.

From now onwardC London might take 13-15 months to finalise post February 2008 permanent residence applications. BE realistic, the third quarter of 2011 will be very important for you. Fingers crossed.

Dear coolangy,

I believe this is your 2nd update request letter from CHC. CHC can't mention the date of assessment on request letter perhaps CHC mentions due date for the submissions. I think CHC London gave you 60 days to submit the requested documents.

Please keep in mind that every additional update may take about 3-4 months to roll over to the next stage of application.

If CHC London asks to submit documents within 30 days it means the application is in a batch of high priority.
If CHC London asks to submit documents within 45-60 days it means the application is in a batch of intermediate priority.
If CHC London asks to submit documents within 90 days it means the application is in a batch of normal priority.

CHC London had recruited Urdu/English skilled immigrant assistants during mid 2010 especially for Islamabad applications.

The transition arrangements for Islamabad applications at CHC London will hopefully be completed by the end of January 2011.
So, February 2011 onwards there will be a concurrent processing of Islamabad applications at CHC London.

Dear lhr_montreal,

Only family class and arranged employment applications are processed by the priority team and all other FSW/PNA are procossed by white and red team at the CHC London. So, as per my knowledge and information from February 2011 onwards there will be a concurrent processing of Islamabad applications at CHC London.
