Dear Nectar,

I am an applicanto of August 2009. We received medicals in Sept. 2010 and did it me and my wife. We got a baby after that, and also received medicals and did it for him in Dec. 1, 2010.

My son has a medical issue (hole in the heart or called VSD). The specialist told us that his defect does not require any medications or surgery as it hopefully close by itself. Even the DMP told me that this defect is a small issue and hopefully will not affect your application.

Can you please advise if the above issue has a bad influence on the application as we are waiting for their reply now.

My CHC is London.

To me its fine but if the DMP had mentioned about congenital heart problem of your son and gave remarks on your son's medical reports then the medical officer at the CHC London would evaluate your son's medical reports against the excessive demand procedural fairness.

Usually congenital heart problems get better with time and I hope so with your son.

CHC London might ask for further cardiovascular scaning and heart specialist report for your son.

CHC London will be finalising applications for permanent residence in Canada in a strict chronological order which means first come first serve basis. If you haven't been asked to submit RPRF which I am sure not because RPRF will be requested by CHC London not Ottawa, then it might delay your application for about 2-3 months. Moreover; depending upon applications, Ottawa Pilot Programme applicants either be asked to submit 'Immigrant Summary & Supplementary Information Form' along with RPRF or simply RPRF along with PHEP.

I hope sooner than later. Ya i hope that they request for RPRF and PHEP, i don't want to fill in any Immigration Summary & Supplementary Information Form because that'll delay the process even more. I believe that they don't ask everyone to fill this form. You had to fill it in i believe, do you the reason for that? Did you ever work for military or are you self employed?

As far as final decision by CHC London is concerned, in the correspondences that we have received states that Ottawa will be doing everything but might take little help from London with issuance of visas. I am on the impression that PPR and RPRF request will be issued from Ottawa but London will have to issue visas on that as per my understanding for their email communication.

Normally they asked for PHEP only in my case the mentioned PHEP ZZZZ and what is this Z List?

Dear eemmoo1,

CHC London worked on post February 2008 applications mostly during the 2nd half of 2010. As per submission date of your supporting documents to CHC London, your documents must be reviewd by officer in December 2010 or early January 2011. So you must be receiving either additional documents request or medical instructions by April 2011 - depends on your application.

From now onwards, CHC London might take 13-15 months to finalise post February 2008 permanent residence applications. BE realistic, the third quarter of 2011 will be very important for you. Fingers crossed.

There will a concurrent processing of Islamabad applications at CHC London. Please keep in mind 13-15 months processing time for your FSW application.

My Application is London Based

Yes I sent them 2 Emails, one in October 2010 and second in November 2010. First one they did not answer and they replied my second email and informed that they will send me further instructions in cumming weeks. Thats it after that no correspondence!!
