CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2013-2014

I guess as 2013 is Almost ending soon we need to start new page for 2013-2014 cases..

I searched and this is the only one I see that is 2014.

I sent in my application in January 2014 and received a confirmation email on February 1st, 2014.

According to the email, they received the application on January 3rd, 2014.

I went online to check the status of my application and it says that they received the application on January 3rd, 2014 and they sent a letter on February 4th, 2014.

However I did not receive a letter. I did receive an email on the 1st of February confirming that they received the application. Is this email the same as the letter mentioned above that was suppose to be sent on the 4th of February?

It's Ok. Now a days they send you confirmation letter in email. Good luck with your file.

I sent them message that I only vote for the govt in which govt the sponsorship timeline for Pakistani people were less 6 months. I will never give vote current govt in my life if spousal sponsorship would not come down to 6 months and stay their. I want every one to send them message. it will hurt them more than you think in reality.

sadly no updates from me....I dont think 2013 cases will hear anything for another couple of months

I filed my application on july - 2013 my wife sponsor me . I am expecting 14 to 15 month in total if every thing go fine and no further investigation was made. Is that a reasonable time to expect ? ???

Dear ABC, with great pain I am writing this email and also with the hope that your party will raise Immigration inhuman treatment towards spousal immigration for Pakistani community. Family re-union had been a smooth process of 6-10 months in the past, where-as people now are waiting for years (In some cases almost 5 years) to be united to their wife/children. Time frames are effecting only to people that are sponsoring from Pakistan. Most cases I know (In thousands), spouses are apart from their partners, and children are being born abroad and are missing both their parents under one roof.
Recently (July 2013), after waiting years in the hope to be united with family, ISLAMABAD High Commission transferred thousands of files to LONDON (ENGLAND) High Commission of Canada. This news came as a surprise without any prior notice or explanation till this day.
If work load is the only reason then why our fellow neighboring countries are being processed within a year mark (Same Category), when I strongly believe their application load is higher number than Pakistan.

All we need is a solution to this problem which is affecting so many families in numerous ways. Kindly be our voice and raise this issue to help so many people re-unite their families.

Acknowledgement Email Received: March 05,2014

Email only states that my file has been opened. File E-status says that file opened and medicals have been received. Nothing mentioned about my file being transferred to either ISLMBD OR LONDON?. Called CIC and the agent said that they are doing further checks of welfare on my file. And this would take 2 months. Is this normal? Is there anything to worry about?

I went online to check the status of my application and it says that they received my application and medical received , nothing more than that .

Now my concern is, my medical is expired on January 2014 and they dint call for Second medical till yet and either my application processing is started or not ?

Kindly give your feedback I don't know at what stage my application is in islamabad .. What to do for this ..

Dont worry is this the normal, you dont need to worry about it...
Secondly your file is waiting for review by the officer, once its done they will send you re-medical request.
Most of 2012 applicant still waiting for Remedical request, so be patient and enjoy your life..
