Hi Every one
Me and my spouse receive email for AIP last week. They now requested medical and security check for my spouse. My question is that how long it will take from now before we receive final decision and set up the interview or landing which ever applicable.

Please guide me in this regard.

Once they issue us the PR card, is that condition for few years or its for the full 05 years span. We have one baby boy too.

Timelines varies from case to case , after medical you may get PP request in 3 months or in 1 month, depends on visa officer,
Regarding staying in canada, it 1000 days period, but you can leave canada any time during your PR. The days you spend outside canada wont include in 1000 days... in short the days you spend outside canada will automatically add in 1000 days..

After abt 30 months wait while we were expecting remedical
We got aresponse from London that my husband(who was previously married and then divorced) divorce that we submitted is not genuine.
I dont hnderstand what that means :-[

ghabrany ki koi xarorat nai hy....... all story is to satisfy the visa officer

for that you need to send them copies of divorced certificate issued from court and from Union council beside a legal affidavit from wife side stating that he is your husband and you know about his first marriage etc etc
further a legal opinion from advocate / lawyer also be submitted about husband divorce, that would be on letter head and send them original.
send them all documents via courier

I am residing in Karachi, today I received e-mail from visa office New Delhi India but may case is at London Visa Office, please I need assistance regarding Re-Medical, as below

1- From where have I to do medical India or Pakistan, where is the Location/contact information of Panel Physician in Karachi or Lahore?
2- After getting results of Re medical, where have I to send it at LVO or visa office New Delhi.
3- Have I to submit results through post/ courier service or E-mail

I need help and support from all of you guys. I was married in 2011 with my girl friend(Love marriage)she is Canadian citizen and living in Toronto. after that we enjoyed alot and she gone back to canada and applied for my Spouse sponsorship visa in December 2011 and God blessed us with first baby in 2012 and I was applied for visit during her pregnancy that was refused due to no travel history and then I got job in Dubai and moved there in jan 2012 and stated work here in Dubai and after few months when i haven't got visa we started fights and then one day shhe in angry mood she cancelled my My permanent resident application and then after she felt that she did mistake and she came back to Dubai 6 months ago and we started new life and i was enjoying with my family with my 3 years old Son. Then everyone knows Dubai is very expensive and here very difficult to live with your family and support your family so we discuss and she planned to go back and re apply for my Permanent residency and then she went back but last she got sick and we went to hospital we did some test and find out she is pregnant.So now she went back to canada with 4months pregnancy but I got email last month that she dont want to live with me and she is applying for Divorce and after that i got one email and call from one of Islamic lawyer that she is decided to not live with u and she wants divorce but i was really shocked Shocked but I said ok if she even reached to lawyer then no problem as she like but the now Issue is she has my two babies one is almost 4 years old and second one will born in January 2016. so please help me I cant live without my kids and I can do now? I only want my kids or I want to live closer to them but i know its not possible to go canada and even I will apply for study visa maybe it will refused due to Family ties in canada please i need advise help in this regards thats why i shared my personal life with all of you guys.

1) would they forward this result to London VO ?
2) would they send this to Pakistan VO ?
3) would they ask me to send Passport copy to LVO ?
4) would they send me to send passport to Islamabad ?


i just want to know if things go smooth after sending reassessment result to new delhi, what would the further procedure ?

Sad goings you are getting through. After reading your post I can't help but say your wife or what's left of it is a borderline Narcissist. She made this marriage shattered and it's better for you to leave it broken than hurt yourself trying to put it back together. Best effort you can make is to try to immigrate independently through FSW stream into Canada, Australia, Zealand or whatever the country you'd consider suitable. still, if you can't resist than try to talk some compassion into her and than pray for her not to flip-out on you again.

seems she is very moody and emotional and does things at the whim without thinking.
If she wants divorce after 2 kids it seems she doesn't really care about the kids either.
I suggest you to talk to her first, if she still wants divorce give it and forget about her. Let her raise those kids alone.
Even in Canada it is not easy to get married when a woman has a couple of kids, life is not a bed of roses here anyway.
Go back to working wherever you like, find a decent bride in Pakistan instead and live a full life.
Worrying about things you have no control over, will only make you unhappy.
If she realizes it later in life, maybe she will allow the kids to visit you or live with you. But since they're in Canada and you can't come here, it leaves you in very messy situation of being unable to be with your kids.

I had a similar situation; I emailed Newdelhi and London both the receipt of the medical. I would suggest to do that first
Next they will contact you for the passport so wait it.

the process has changed a bit, you might have to mail the passport or have to drop the passport to one of the offices closest to your city but they will email you and tell you what to do. please do not panic stay calm and wait for their reply. IA you will hear good news soon.

Hello everyone,

Very new to this forum and hoping to get help and insight in this tedious matter.

I’m going to apply for my husband’s sponsorship. We’ve been married for 4 years and have a 3 year old daughter. My husband applied for Visitor Visa from Pakistan when I was due with our first baby but the lawyer he used in Pakistan was a fraud and because of his misrepresentation, there was a 2 year ban that was applied to my husband’s visa. His ban was lifted in March 2015, therefore we are now trying to apply. Could someone please help me find a good immigration lawyer? Someone they’ve dealt with in the past or currently?

Also, is there a way to apply from another country? Since Pakistani timeline is now 42 months. My husband has a 1 year work visa to France. Can he apply through that visa office?

It’s been so long and I really need to start my family’s life together. Please help anyway you can. Much appreciated.
