Any case pending of April 2012 (reason "routine background checks under process since Sep 2014")? i am still waiting

Dear All,
I am a PR and landed last year in Canada and then came back to UAE where I am working since 2009. I got married in January 2015 and now my wife is living with me in UAE. Now I want to apply for her PR. What are the options now I have for her application? Can I go to Canada for two months and apply for her from there and come back to UAE or I need to stay there till she get her visa? Actually we don’t want to live separate in this crucial time of the life.
Is there any possibility if she can get a visit visa of Canada? She is already having Schengen visit visa on her passport and she can get UK as well very easily.

AOA... Yes I order notes so many time and the status is in process since February 2015and started background check in February 2015 ...

background check takes appx 3 to 8 months. Now they ask my RPRF and ARC fees . Still waiting since three week.

they sent me interview letter on 17 march 2015 Which i passed Alhamdu lilah

the sent me 2nd medical on 24 march 2015

medical done on 6 april 2015

In between they didn't change my E status

now the changed my E status

FILE RECEIVED TO DECISION MADE

and the made changes inside the E status

Salam everyone. i landed in canada on 31th july. immigration process was very simple. they did not ask me any confusing questions. dont forget to take polio vaccination from any hospital because at airport they charge 3000rs for it if ur coming via emirates then try to stay with luggage limit which is 23kg/bag. dont go above or they will charge no matter what. if u land at dubai airport terminal 3 then remember ur departure terminal is very far from where u come out, u have to take a train to get to that departure area so dont waste time. always remember to keep landing papers in hand i saw couple of people who packed the landing papers in their checked luggage.
i hope the new comers dont get in any problem in immigration process, stay relaxed and nothing will happen. if u get confuse then they will ask alot of questions.

If you are PR, then it is essential and a requirement that you live in Canada when you apply to Sponsor your wife. It is also a requirement that you stay in Canada during the entire process. You can certainly travel back and forth.

You can also apply for her visit visa. The chances are slim, but they are there for sure .

Hi Every one
Me and my spouse receive email for AIP last week. They now requested medical and security check for my spouse. My question is that how long it will take from now before we receive final decision and set up the interview or landing which ever applicable.

Please guide me in this regard.

Once they issue us the PR card, is that condition for few years or its for the full 05 years span. We have one baby boy too.

I filed for my husband in jan 2013
After abt 30 months wait while we were expecting remedical
We got aresponse from London that my husband(who was previously married and then divorced) divorce that we submitted is not genuine.
