Salam all..
I have a question to seniors.. I got my passport back with visa in April 2015 but they didn't send my original documents back, I sent email to LVO and asked about my documents today they replied that they don't have any documents. What should I do now? I'm really worried about it.

Please try to contact CIC Mississauga for the same, as original files are kept there only scanned copies are moved to VOs.

ur husband had a 2hr interview?
Have u visited ur husband in pakistan or gone on a trip elsewhere with him? N if u did then did u send proofs of thay earlier?

Also I don't get why him calling u more should be an issue.

okay husbands interview was 1 1/2 hours. I've lived with husband on and off for the past 5 years in Pakistan. We just returned from Pakistan in Feb 2015 after living their for over 8 months. (we being our daughter and I) We returned bc Officer was questioning that in notes that we may not want to return to Canada after husband receives his visa. This is why we were placed in interview queue in Sept 2014. Not sure why they have issues with him calling me more then me calling him

Sister, do not worry. They haven't officially denied you and are still investigating the evidence you have submitted. As a member mentioned its normal for them not to take passports at the interview, they still want to give you a chance to explain and answer any deficiencies that the interview and initial documents couldn't satisfy.

Your husband is right to suggest involving the MP. I would suggest you order ATIP GCMS notes to fully obtain information why the officer wasn't satisfied.

I would recommend you keep collecting proof between you two and your kid to enhance strong evidence before handing over to CIC ... if you guys haven't visited one another now would be the most ideal time ...

Thank you OmNi2012 for your support. I went to the MP he said you should've come to me before (when you found out about your interview) but I did'nt see the need at the time. I have to call immigration assistant for the MP tomorrow. We just returned from Pakistan in Feb 2015 we were their for 8 months. that was the reason for our interview. Lets see what happens I will keep everyone posted. Insha allah his request for passport to be stamped with visa comes soon.

thats a stupid reason. I mean if he calls cuz its cheaper then whats the issue. Anyways they havent rejected it so hope for the best. And maybe drop an email for the update on ur file

going to update on the MP aspect as soon as I know... I will be calling MP Immigration assistant for update tomorrow

ohh thats strange, they never like to update status on time. My file is in process from 14th november, 2014. but still waiitng for ppr 2.

Hi all,

I am little bit confused now days because i sent my application package through private courier it is already delivered to

but as per the courier company they delivered at akra case processing center and they don't have person name who received the application.

So any one's application delivered at same place akra case processing center?

Please advise.
