We finally received a remedical, PPC request and they ask for Height, eye color and passport infor for my daughter. Is this PPR 1 ?

Also they ask to send update information for 2 other form Schedule A and Additional Family information

Can we send these form filled and scanned and sent though Email or should be send by regular Mail ?

Also the information about height and eye color should be written on a paper or inside email ?

Thanks for your help,

Finally you got to hear something from London Office. Yes dear its PPR 1. I personally send all these Additional documents by TCS, and i think you should also send hardcopy as they want original documents from us. If you still unsure then i hope experience member can answer you.

I have also send these documents in Feb and March 2015, now waiting for my PPR 2.

Hi guys, need assistance from you...

Document Checklist - Sponsor on page 2, # 20, it says..

If you are a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada, you must include proof that you intend to live in
Canada with your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner and/or dependent children once the become
permanent residents of Canada. See Who can sponsor? in your guide for additional information.

Guide - 3900 page # 7
If you are a Canadian citizen, you may sponsor a spouse, a common-law partner or conjugal
partner, or a dependent child who has no children of his or her own. However, you must
demonstrate that you will live in Canada when the sponsored person becomes a permanent
resident.

I don't find any information regarding what documents to provide to the CIC. My situation is as under:

Citizen since 2008, Married in 2011, my wife gave birth to our Son in December 2012, Son is a Citizen.. we got proof of citizenship Certificate and His Limited passport..

I have running bank account in Canada, have line-of-Credit, Credit Cards.. but I don't have any address because I was living in sharing accommodations.. I am Disable since 2005, got ODSP approved in 2007.. I don't have much friends, at least I have no one who can give me a letter that I will be coming back living in Canada once I get my wife's visa, and my wife is not allowing me to leave without hers.. she just can't. Now you guys tell me what documents should I submit with my application for "intend to live in Canada once my wife become permanent resident"

I left Canada in 2010, because of my mother was seriously sick and she died in 2011 due to Cancer, my father died in 2013.

Note: I am to pay my fees from my credit card by easy-web.. ( I have TD bank account).

Can anyone tell me how long does it take to receive ppr2 after having received ppr1? And then what's the average time does it take to get the visa stamped? Thanks

Hi
Would there be any problem if my wife get Dubai visit visa on her Afghan passport which she has Canadian visa stamped? She live in Peshawar and her case was process in Islamabad/ London. I would like her to come with me from Kabul, we plan to stay about 3 days in Dubai. I emailed Dubai embassy in Kabul and asked these question I don't know if they will reply. Their website does not look official I found the contact info in Google I don't know how reliable the source is. I don't want to book tickets then find out they not giving Dubai visa.

If I were you, I'd get her to land ASAP in Canada first, before doing anything else.
I won't give the passport to any other embassy before landing. If they delay/hold the passport longer and take time, it will only give you and your wife more stress and worry.
Do the landing, and then perhaps apply the visa in Canada rather.
Your decision anyways.

hello,
can anyone tell me do I have to validate the form?
if I dont do there will be problem?

tahnks

yes u need to validate doc. because once i corrected some figure (manually) after validating the document and at later stages i came to know that error is still there in CHC system. then i had to write an email for correction.

Hi,
Which time is applicable on me, 11 or 28 months of LVO, or 40 months of ISB?

According to notes my file shifted from ISB and was received at LVO on Feb 2014 (16 months have been passed to date). E-case login shows started processing 30 Apr 2014 (13 months have been passed to date).

Please share your worthy experience

Frankly speaking, i don't feel any timeline being followed by CHC. they just review your documents, if all ok they finalize cases as early as possible. but once they are not satisfied with anything they continue to linger on. And everyone has a different case scenario and parameters, so technicalities may vary.

I agree with you 110% they love to linger on. Their is no timeline for them to follow.

ur husband had a 2hr interview?
Have u visited ur husband in pakistan or gone on a trip elsewhere with him? N if u did then did u send proofs of thay earlier?

Also I don't get why him calling u more should be an issue.

I lived with my husband in Pakistan going back and forth with our almost 3year old daughter for the past few years. Sometimes we stayed in PK for 8 months 1 1/2 year.

Sorry i got the nitty gritty interview was 1 1/2 hour long because my husband felt more comfortable with a translator he didn't want the officer to misunderstand anything. He can speak and understand English for the most part.

The translator did a horrible job translating at one point the officer was frustrated with the translator for not being able to state our daughters age correctly.

She stated why did he call me more than I called him. Well bottom line it's less expensive from PK

By the looks of your interview, these are only delaying tech-tics. So don't worry, stay positive and keep praying. you will hear a good news very soon. my prayers are with you and your family. stay blessed.
