Received a letter for the following

"Please be aware that in order to complete your RCMP background checks, it is necessary for
you to provide a full set of fingerprints taken and certified by your local police. This is at the
request of the RCMP. Fingerprints are to be obtained and forwarded to them directly to
determine whether you do, in fact, have a record. Please refer to http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/crcj/fing-empr2-eng.htm
for full instructions."

you go to zilla kachery (District Courts ) Lahore at civil Lines next to DIG of police office infront of Islamia college civil lines,as soon as you enter the first building on the right there is a department called finger prints department ,ask the person politely request him bcoz they only do finger printing for government officials ,he will be able to take your finger prints professionally and could stamp and sign it.
Good Luck

Asslamu alaykum Forum Family,

I received my notes today and found nothing new. But i did come across a discrepancy that i over looked in my notes from last year and may be the reason for the interview (I'm assuming).

This never took place but immigration thinks that apparently when I was still too young for this and in high school i was engaged and tried to sponsor someone. My imaginary fiance's name I've never heard before. I even asked my mom and she was like okay what is immigration going to think of next to delay your case (she's just as frustrated as we are).

My question is do I inform them of this discrepancy in a letter or do I just wait for our interview which in next week and tell them over the phone? Thoughts will be appreciated. Keeping everyone in my duas we all are reunited with our spouses and families before Ramadan starts.

ASyed :)
hi sister
i m sorry to hear this discrepancy.this immigration system has issues.in my opinion you wait for interview.its next week and then you can tell them about the discrepancy on interview day.are u going to be in interview or your husband only.inshallah sister your interview will be very good inshallah.you will get visa on spot.our prayers are r with u.inshallah your will celebrate ramazan with your husband and kid.

Brother you will be getting some corespondent from visa office very soon. You can try ordering notes to find out what is going on with your file. Just check your mails, emails junk folder and spam folder for emails mails from visa office. What is your ecase says online?
My ECASE is saying application received and medical received

How long Islamabad usually take to stamp visa and send passport back?

My case was in Islamabad, and its been the 3rd week that my passport is with them! My ecas is still "in process"

Kindly tell me, if they make delays!
aslam sister
it could take 4 to 6 weeks so I suggest wait one or two weeks and then if don't get anything then e.mail London about it.i pray you got paasport very soon inshallah.

Hello,

I need EMERGENCY HELP.

I applied my case on 8th Aug 2014. Got remedical request on 28-05-2015 and in the letter from CIC it is clearly mentioned that I have 7 days to comply with the request.
I sent mail for appointment. but the appointment i have been given is after the 7 days limit. i have sent them many mails but they wont reply and give me any new appointment.
Can someone please guide me what to do as it is clearly mention in the letter that failure in complying with the request may result in refusal of my application.

request to all senior members for advice.

Is there anyone facing the same problem,??

Regards

That is their generic email, just book appointment of the earliest date and go get your medical completed. Everyone here received same email and nobody got an appointment within 7 days. Nothing to worry about and someone needs to email them back letting them know there is no way to get medical in 7 days in Pakistan therefore stop sending this stupid timeline.

Hi All,

I came to this forum after long time. I landed couple of weeks ago (in Alberta). I got my visa in December 2014 but I took sometime in winding up from Pakistan. Now I am searching for a job and hoping to start working soon. Weather is great here... I know its peak summer in Pakistan so it was a great time to fly out :P People are awesome here. Very friendly, civilized and always ready to help. As I am new here so trying to figure out how things work here... Got my basic IDs made etc..

For those waiting.. I know its not easy to wait but once its done you will forget the waiting times. Best of luck!

Bye,
alijpro
