Thanks to Allah finally we received ppr request.
Does any one know the vfs islamabad phone #, the one on their website is not responding.
Do we need appointment from Vfs office to drop our passports? Or just walk in and handed over passport for delivery.

No appointment at all. Its just walk in service. Tell them u want to avail transmission service. Their number is IVR operated. U can contact them via email coz they do reply to emails promptly. Info.canadaisb@gerrys.com.pk

Dear Members,

I need a clarification, my spousal sponsorship application submitted to CIC on September 07, 2012 and transferred to CHC-I on October 23, 2012. It was a wife case. I am in Canada since November 2014. To make a long story short: ever since I got here and started cohabiting with my husband I came to know that he is a patient of schizophrenic & bipolar disorder, suffering from severe anxiety, hallucinations and delusions. He says and do things that are way out of the definition of sanity. I am scared of him.

I recently got admitted in Seneca collage to further my business studies, my husband works but his paychecks are not stable due to his psychiatric condition. All in all, situation is rock hard tough for me here. My question is...

If I intend for divorce, how will it effect my permanent residence status? On my landing papers under the heading of condition is written "none".

Are u on conditional PR. If not then it wont be an issue. If yes then u will have to show that your marriage is still going on and then they will give u citizenship.

Hi. My spouse with two kidz were flying to Canada on 20th of april from Lahore. She were refused boarding cause our children ( Canadian Citizens) didnt have NICOP cards. The FIA at the airport said that they need to have NICOP to travel. Even though she had nadra issued birth certificates but that was not enough.

I just dont understand why do you need to have nicop or a cnic to go out of Pakistan. This is suppose to be a prove that one would show when they are entering the country. I mean after all the heart wrecking experiences from cic, now this had to happen. Sad and disappointed.

Another thing to add, FIA also asked her to obtain a Pakistani visa on kidz foreign passport ( Canadian ) which will be another way they will be able to travel out of Pakistan. I still dont get it. Isnt visa suppose to permit you to enter the country. Why we are doing the other way around????? Also is it even legal to get an exit on a visa that has no entry stamp????

FIA also said to her that if she had even applied for the NICOP and can produce receipt of application upon travel they will let the kidz travel out. I mean a receipt would work but birth certificate (Original) issued from the same organization is not enough????

to be clear: FIA just wanted money to let your family out. you never got Pakistani passports for your children? it would make ur life easier.

I last was on this forum in Feb 2015. I was unable to visit sooner as it's been a bit hectic. I really wanted to share good news since so many have been so supportive and awesome to me on this forum.

My patient and amazing husband has finally received his Re medical and Re pc and interview date. From the letters they are requesting for a quite a list of documents etc.

This interview seems to be a blessing in disguise. Allah knows best. Subhan Allah, Allhumdullilah I'm so happy and was crying when I just saw the email and called my family. When my 2.5 year old daughter saw me crying she came to comfort me. It was so cute allhumdullilah.

Thank you so much waiting110. I'm here in Canada and not returning to Pakistan for the interview. In our letter it is stated that they may call spouse for an interview. So applicant needs to provide my number here in Canada. So let's see what takes place. Will be ordering notes this week as it will give me a clearer picture closer to the date. where do you stand dear?

There is just one vac in G-9 markaz in the fedex building. I dont know abt G5. U need to submit it there as well.

Hi...all yesterday i got my interview letter and re-medical + PCC.

Interview will be on 27 May 2015............thanks God and my wife is coming to Pakistan on 24 may 2015 so senior members should she will go with me to embassy...???if she will join me in interview then is it positive sign on visa officer...plz tell me your opinion on this....and i just book my re-medical appointment for 30 April 2015...Senior member plz guide me about interview.my wife is sponsoring me and its her second marriage and she had daughter from previous marriage...but its my first marriage....those who clear interview plz share your experience also inbox me interview tips.I will be really thankful to all.

My husband received letter that file is transferred to London in Jan 2014 (See timeline at left side) n we didnt hear anything else from them. no remedical etc

Thanks A Syed.....and they only ask to re-medical....pcc..and as my wife visit me last year to we submit that proof and they only call me for interview...but my wife come to Pakistan 2 days before interview...so if i bring her with me is it positive sign...???
