AlhamdulillAh, I have received PPR. Applied in June 2013, Medical Request was in Nov 2014, E-cas was updated as Decision Made at end of November 2014 , but nothing happened after that. My wife who is sponsor, contacted MP online (she is in Pakistan) and she (MP) contacted embassy yesterday and today we got the request. It was a tense period that after Decision Made, it took 4 months for PPR. May be they forgot to send the PPR and on inquiry of MP, they send the request.

did ur spouse get a form in which have to put name ,DOB ,height and eye color etc of applicant ,spouse n dependent child ? if yes , then i have a question that is , May i only have to fill my section as my spouse is my sponsor , i dont have any dependent so i have to filll up only my part ?

Hi Shaiz, Only information of the person applying for visa ( APPLICANT) .... NOTHING ABOUT A SPONSOR....

Thanks for Helping me Everyone My Prayers are With Them Who Have Interview Soon..They Asked Me about My Marriage WHY WHEN HOW ....And Who Will Support Us There (CANADA) Since My wife is Living With me In Pakistan ....They Didn't Sent Me medical earlier Otherwise They COULD HAVE Gave me visa on the spot ..Today They sent me Medical Request ...
