No since my lawyer was my representative he received all of the communications. I never heard anything from CIC directly. I didn't even know that my file was transferred to London. I only found out in February when I called the lawyers office.

The new lawyer wants me to reapply but that will take 29 months and by that time my daughter will be 4 years old living without her father. But if that's the last solution then I have no other choice

did u send an explanation to cic yet ? if not then send them an explanation as soon as possible

if ur lawyer is ur representative then they never send u a letter
the same *censored word* happened to me few months back
they asked proofs in sep but my lawyer never told us then in dec lawyer received an email with final warning of rejection to resend all proofs which he forwarded us and we send proofs within 3 days and explain them that we never receive their previous communication

now all u can do to write an explanation letter or email attach ur requested doc and send them asap

They will definitely give you a chance to appeal. I just know it.
just explain your situation. They should have sent you something as well. A copy or something.
They will let you appeal and you wont have to waste all these years.
Even though your lawyer is your representative. A copy a letter should have been sent to you. You didnt receive correspondence.
explain it all in the letter.

Ecas changed to decision made on feb 3. Which made me request GCM notes because no one contacted me.

Just wait it out now. You sent them an email explaining your situation.
Wait for a response. in the mean time discuss some mote options with your lawyer.(new)
Also try calling the cic toll free number. Explain your situation and ask them what your
options are. They may be of some assistance to you.
you know the first letter that gets sent out right? Eligibility letter.
